About This Project
Ignite.online, an online marketing and development service provider, needed a strong QA team to help them delivering a SAAS based robust & reliable recruitment platform and supporting module(s) to their customers.
Key responsibilities
Fleek IT team is engaged by Ignite.online as a partner for complete project management, business analysis and software testing services. Our experts are working closely on day to day basis with business stakeholder, distributed development teams and Ignite’s customers to provide support & maintenance services.
Project management
- Working closely with business stakeholder to define product road-map and create project plans
- Release planning and delivery management
- Implementing agile practices
- Managing agile ceremonies including sprint planning, scrum, demos, sprint reviews and sprint retrospective
- Customer support and product maintenance
- Product documentation, release documentation and user manual
Business analysis
- Working closely with business stakeholder and product managers to define epics and user stories
- Prototyping and wireframe designing
- Responsible for defining functional and non-functional requirements for product
- Working with customers to understand and define their custom design and workflow requirements
- Participating in User acceptance testing
- Reviewing UI/UX of the product and identifying user experience improvements
- Participating in scrum calls, and working closely with development and QA team daily basis
Software testing
- Full cycle test management
- Overall product quality, releases and production support
- Integration of platform with 3rd party systems like Buckaroo, Suite CRM, Mailgun and Orchard
- Integration testing of supporting modules
- Dutch localization testing
- QA of custom workflow and user interface for every customer
- Maintaining test plans, test cases and test runs
- API testing and automation using Jmeter
- Load testing of the platform
- Landing page testing
- Mobile apps and responsive design testing
- Functional automation using Selenium Webdriver, protractor and katalon studio
